Circumstances:	He left through his cat flap as usual and never came back. There had been no reason for him to run away (e.g. fireworks). He just never came back and has never been out of the house for more than a few hours before.
Other info:	He is a large cat, slightly overweight with his belly hanging down a little when he walks
