Markings:	Collar may be missing, now. The cat is semi-feral, and was involved in an accident as a kitten, resulting in him having his rear left leg amputated. His tail was also docked when he was operated on. Neighbours in the area have always fed, sheltered and generally looked-after him. He has been missing since early April.
Circumstances:	He disappeared from the area, and it is believed he was deliberately removed by a neighbour who has mental health problems, and may have been abandoned in the Morrell Avenue area of OX4.
