Markings:	His neck is slightly shaved, though the hair has mostly grown back.
Circumstances:	He went out through a window. He's a newly adopted cat, just getting familiar with his house, but not yet familiar with the outdoors. He's very friendly.
Other info:	He's very friendly, likely to have ended up meowing at someone's door near 110 Howard Street.
