Circumstances:	i just saw the dog walking down the hill. it seemed healthy and somewhat energetic
Other info:	I spotted this pet just outside oxford brooke’s university, it was a small yorkie dog with quite grown out hair walking down the pavement looking around and following random people. I have reported this sighting mainly because i saw a woman calling out for her lost dog in the same area two days ago.
