Circumstances:	Approx day/time. The cat was found and looked after by many worried neighbours.
Other info:	Found in the street around Vicarage Road & Lake Street (New Hinksey area, Abingdon Road, Oxford. OX1) very friendly but cold and lost, he has been around the area for around a week meowing loudly. Someone has taken him to the vet in case he has a microchip but he doesn't. No collar, not neutered. Most probably an indoor cat that has escaped.
