Markings:	Believe it's a neutered male. Cat is mainly black with long white socks (longer at the front), white belly and chest and chin, a bit of white on face. Very friendly.
Circumstances:	Cat has been around for some months (date is approximate); finder is now convinced it's a stray. It's been eating her (and others') cat's food.
