Circumstances:	He’s in a terrible state. Ears are bleeding cuts, shredded, eye looks closed up, face has blood on one side, swollen cheek and neck. He’s very scared won’t let me close to him. We’re trying to get RSPCA to catch him to assess him and hopefully treat him.
Other info:	Deformed ears from being attacked by other animals maybe. Left side of face cheek and neck swollen. Blooded up ears, face and head. Large cat. He’s not skinny he must have an owner.
