Markings:	Very small dog - possibly terrier cross breed. High pitched bark. One ear flopping down.
Circumstances:	Dog is on moorings off Appltree Lane (near bridge 150 on Oxford Canal). First spotted yesterday. Has been given food and a bed by neighbours and doesn't appear to want to move away.
