Circumstances:	Cat was outside crying in the rain from 4pm until midnight, took it in over night as it would not leave doorstep. Has been seen roaming street for some time previous to this.
Other info:	Cat has been seen roaming the street for a while now, not sure if it has an owner. We took it in on Saturday because it would not leave our doorstep and had been crying out in the rain all day and has been very hungry. The cat is not wearing a collar but is in very good condition, tidy and healthy by the looks of it. We have asked around and no one seems to know who might own it.
