Circumstances:	I believe he may have escaped from the house when I took the bins out. Cola in an indoors only cat and it is urgent that we get him home soon because he is on daily medication. He is also nearly completely blind.
Other info:	Cola is dark brown but can look black in certain lights. He has white whiskers and had a very small speckling of white fur on the front of his neck.
