Circumstances:	First noticed in January 2019 in good health. Started feeding two months ago when he began fighting, hoping to get an "owner please contact" collar on. Unsuccessful as I couldn't get close. Now has abscesses. Vet appointment booked 21/06/2019 which will include neutering if no owner comes forward,.
Other info:	A tuxedo cat with white bib, chest and mittens. Typical entire tom appearance with thick neck and large jowls.
