Circumstances:	My cat never goes out at night and rarely stays outside for more than half an hou or so. She is very timid and prefers to be indoors. She usually stays in the garden if she goes out and I've never known her to roam around the area. She may have been stressed as we had just got back from a short stay at a different location ( she was with us, not in a cattery but she had settled in there very well and seemed fine when we got home. She has a sister and they are inseparable normally and usually sleep curled up together so her sister is pining for her. As am I.
