Circumstances:	.It was hiding out under some tarpaulin in my garden continually miaowing . I could hear it through the windows . It’s been in other peoples gardens in the village too . It won’t come near any of us but seems timid but scared . Think it’s probably relatively young but fully grown .It looks very healthy with a shiny coat .
Other info:	This cat is quite scared . I think the high winds have frightened it . It’s been hiding out under some tarpaulin in my garden but runs away if I open a window or door to call it . I can see it’s mainly black with some white markings
