Circumstances: The dog was laying on the motorway. He didn’t look like he had been there long but wasn’t moving. A policeman was then collecting him as I drove passed. I can’t be sure if he/she was dead or alive but it didn’t look good.
Other info: I could only see the body, not the face but it looked like a German Shepard Dog
