Circumstances:	Nibbler is an indoor cat with FIV. I had recently been taking him out on a harness so he wasn't inside all day. We were about to go home when he got scared and flipped out in his harness getting out of it and his collar. He then fled under a car which was turned on only for him to flee elsewhere.
Other info:	He has bright green eyes, both of his ears are damaged from being in a fight before he was adopted, the left ear is shorter with more damage
