Markings:	Balding around the eyes, one of his ears is chipped, he's also missing a lot of teeth
Circumstances:	We let him out to go toilet but he got scared and darted behind the garden shed and over the fence
Other info:	He's very nervous but also friendly cat so he is approachable as long as it's not too quick or he will run
