Circumstances:	This date is approximate as this little cat has been hanging around the flats at Brookfield Court for at least 3 months now. He was originally looking well cared for and a good weight. He was also wearing a collar at first. He is getting thinner by the day a- I try to feed him when I can and he now has no collar on.
Other info:	This cat was originally wearing a collar but it is not now.
