Circumstances:	Charlie was being transported to my sister-in-laws house to be looked after while we went on holiday. The transport carrier was obviously not set up correctly as when we got there and set the carrier on the ground in the groups of the house, the carrier collapsed inwardly and the door burst open. This made Charlie panic and she flew off.
