Circumstances:	wandering in and out of my back garden for a couple of weeks but always ran away but is now staying as have put some food and water out for him/her
Other info:	has a skin condition (pink areas around head area) - sticky up ears look infected and cat is very thin - appeared timid at first but let me touch him/her when eating some chicken - was very thirsty
