Circumstances:	Tony is new to the address ( 48 hours) he was supervised in the garden to get fresh air abd he jumped the fence. I couldn’t catch him and he either jumped into next doors garden or onto our front drive. He had disappeared by the time I got round to the front. He’s not been sighted since
