Circumstances:	The cat has appeared at our home twice now, it appears to come for food. We gave other adoptees that have taken up residence in one of our sheds and this cat has appeared twice now, never seen the sat locally before, but appears scared and very skittish. Lovely long haired cat. We will befriend it shortly but wanted notification out there right away do the owner can be found, it's too gold and wet out there
