Circumstances:	Lucy ran out of the front door when she got frightened and lost her collar when we tried to catch her.
Other info:	Lucy is new to the area and has never been outside before, so will be very nervous. She slipped out of her collar when she escaped and was last seen in Aigburth near Fulwood estate.
