Circumstances:	Fluff was inside our houseboat when it was stolen, we couldn’t get in as the doors were chained shut so we contacted the police and when we went too rescue him, he was gone.
Other info:	Fluff is a long haired tuxedo cat, with a distinctive eye marking that is prone too coughing as he is asthmatic.
