Circumstances:	Joey had been to vets on uppingham road on the morning of 29th August 2019 to be neutered and microchipped. The procedure went well, however he was still drowsy and extremely nervous and scared. He also had an orange/pink bandage on his tail. My mum and sister picked him up from medivets on Uppingham Road at 2pm and as they got 50 yards down the street, Joey busted the door of carrier open and ran away. My mum and sister tried to catch him, but the more they tried, the more he ran away. Eventually after running across a busy road, he ran Into the local allotments and that’s where he was last seen.
