Circumstances:	Cat loitering in our garden refusing to leave, despite we are not feeding him. However we do have female home cats, so guess this is the main reason he is hanging around, and hence must be a male. Unfortunately he has a bad eye infection, which is getting worse, so needs to urgently visit a vet.
