Markings:	He has a eye condition so he always loos like he is crying and a small scab on back of his neck as he likes too sleep on the radiato.
Circumstances:	He just ran out the door he usually gets spooked and runs back inside anyway but not this time.
Other info:	He is very vocal and probably scared his cry is very high pitched sounds like he is screaming very friendly.
