Markings:	Black face, ears, tail, cream back, white neck, ONE WHITE TOE on his REAR LEFT LEG
Circumstances:	He is an indoor car. Upstairs window left open and he jumped outside sometime between 8am and 10am. It is the very first time he went outside and he is a very calm and friendly cat. Very likely he did approach any human seen and he likes to sit in one place and sniff flowers. However nobody seen him which I find very hard to believe. It is possible he was stolen and taken to a different city near Kington.
