Markings:	He has a bald patch on his side about 2 inches square.
Circumstances:	I let him out at around 10am as usual, he was seen around the Close where I live by neighbours during the morning, but when I came back at 2pm he did not come back when I called and shook his food bag - he nearly always came back when called.
Other info:	He was wearing a silver reflective collar with a bell and a disc with a mobile number on.
