Markings:	Dark patch over and around the nose which makes it look very big.
Circumstances:	He is hanging around our back doors and sometimes comes into our conservatory through our cat flap where he spends the night if it is very cold. If he sees us he makes a very kittenish meowing but does not allow us to get too close unless we are giving him food. He does not appear used to being handled and is also wary of our cat.
Other info:	It has quite a chunky build. It looks like an American Shorthair which we couldn't find on your list of breeds. The tail is shorter than normal but does not look damaged.
