Circumstances:	This cat visits my home every day and often sleeps in my garage. Maybe he isn't lost and lives locally, but he is in my garden all day and night even during the recent very cold weather. I'd just like to know if he does have a home locally.
Other info:	There is a small patch of fur missing near his left ear. Very vocal, but in a nice way.
