Circumstances: the cat needs to be rescue urgently. he is living inside a commercial empty space. I don’t know if someone left him there or how he manage to get in but there is no water or food. Some other people managed to put some dog food I assume and some water through the letter box but he didn’t eat so we put some dry cat food and some tuna. he was so hungry that he wasn’t able to decide what to wat first :(
