STOLEN CAT: Tabby and white cat called Romeo - Kensal Town area, Kensington & Chelsea

Circumstances: Most likely stolen by a woman who lives on Ashmore Road who feeds him and puts him in her hallway. He was let out 6 days after being neutered, he is chipped to the rescue who neutered him and his details were in the process of being updated to mine. Let him out so he can come home.
