Circumstances:	*FOUND BLUE RINGNECK PARAKEET, NORTH WEST LONDON* Hi all, Lost parakeet found in the NW10 area, was brought into Village Vet Kensal Green after being found in Kensal Green Cemetery. Apologies, I haven't been able to get a better photo, he/she does have a ring so owner will need to verify details.
