Circumstances:	Rengar climbed out my kitchen window 5 days ago.He wanted to go outside but I wanted to get him chipped and neutered before allowing him to, I was making food and opened the window to let steam out, I got distracted and he jumped outside. I am concerned because he doesn't go outside and people have contacted me telling me they thought he ran in front of their car.
Other info:	He isn't used to going outside, he runs away from people he doesn't know sometimes. he is playful and friendly but can be very shy.
