Circumstances:	Charlie slipped out of the house when I was putting rubbish out. Later that day there was torrential rain and Charlie took shelter under our neighbour's car. This was only discovered when my neighbour drove his car. Charlie meowed loudly and my neighbour stopped his car and saw him under the bonnet. However the neighbour drove the car back to my home and Charlie had disappeared. Not seen since.
