Circumstances:	I saw this little dog sniffing the grass in this area. Was timid and I couldn't get close (but I also have zero experience of dogs). No collar, this was best pic I could get. Seems healthy but I really don't know anything about dogs
Other info:	Small dog brown/black fur. Sniffing around the thames close to Richmond Bridge
