Circumstances:	During the last very high winds we had in this area.....cannot remember date exactly (middle august)..... she had been staying in a lot and had only just gone out when it got really windy. She is a very nervous cat and will respond better to a woman
Other info:	Fussy with food, doesn't really like being picked up....better with women.....looks a lot younger than 10....very kitten like in appearance
