Markings: Yellow faced budgie with blue body, gray markings on wings, generally smaller than most budgies.
Circumstances: Iris has managed to get out of her cage, we leave the back door open for our dog to use freely. Myself and my partner were out of the house and our son was asleep upstairs, no one saw her leave or what direction she went. We know she is not in the house.
