Microchipped: Yes
Circumstances: I took Max to Seer Crofts Vets in Faygate for a check up. I was not allowed into the practice due to Covid, so they took him from me in his pet carrier. After they had done his check up, they put him back in his carrier but didn't secure the door properly. Max nudged the door and it came open and he escaped outside in the car park as they were returning him to me . He was wearing a blue tag on his collar (not green as in his picture). Please call anytime if you see him.
Other info: When he went missing he had a blue tag on his collar (cat flap opening tag)
