Circumstances:	We fitted him with a GPS tracking device, as he was being fed elsewhere, and refused his food at home.We resorted to this measure, as we had bought several 'Do not feed me ' collars,but they were constantly going missing.We wondered if someone was attempting to steal him,as he's a beautiful cat.Last GPS signal was 2 doors from us,but our neighbour was extremely helpful and Billy wasn't their.There is a little girl who his so upset that her friend is missing, we just want him home.
