Circumstances:	This very vocal and timid cat has been coming into my garden reliably for the past few days, he is a little thin and has some small tufts of hair missing from behind his right ear and the base of his tail. I have fed him for the past 3 days and today I was able to get him in my kitchen to take some photos. He is very vocal and crys alot. Hopefully if he has an owner they recognise him but in the mean time I am going to try get him to the vets to check for a microchip and get him a check over.
