Circumstances:	he ran out of patio door into garden and over the fence into back areas.
Other info:	he is very loving and was brought up with a dog. He has been looked after me in isleworth ( his old home for the last 7 months as his owner had to move. when she found a new home she collected charlie on the 30th march and took him to her home in hillingdon. he was not happy! escaped and ran and ran on the 1st april
