Circumstances:	Neighbour was having driveway done by tarmacadams and he was in all day as they were finishing I let him out as all the heavy machinery was gone and they were just placing cones on the end of driveway I saw him run to the neighbours drive and scoot pass the last of the workers as he’s aloof people not from our family that was the last time I saw him
