Circumstances: The cat is a regular visitor to my garden. This day sadly when I opened the door I found the fellow dead. I have been trying to find the owner with no luck. I had it taken to a vet to scan but the tag is not registered in the UK. I have tried with two vets now. The body is with a vet at the moment in cold storage. I would like to reunite the owner as i am very sure they must be looking for it.
