Markings: White toes on back feet, big yellow eyes
Circumstances: Bertie is our new cat (had for 1 week) who we tried to take out on a harness &lead (he usually goes outside and we are temporarily in a flat). It was too overwhelming when we got outside and he got spooked and flipped over and the lead came off. THE DARK BLUE HARNESS IS STILL ATTACHED. He does not know the area, and is quite frightened.
Other info: Large boy with fuzzy short grey fur and big yellow eyes.
