Circumstances:	Iv been seeing this cat for quite some time now and recently it came up to me and allowed me to pet it. It now comes to my house almost every day and I give it some snacks and water. I'm not certain that it's a stray as it's in such good health, but it has a tatted collar which made me suspicious. The photo iv uploaded isn't the best, but I do have some really good and clear videos if you would like to see.
Other info:	Quite a small cat, has a light brown collar (quite tatted) and a small silver bell on the front.
