Circumstances:	Small black cat with some white hairs on the neck and no collar or tag found roaming about the hedges near Champlain House, very timid and shy, really quick when running off but limping a bit, my guess is probably 10 years old or more. Might have an injury on the head? I see him or her every day and night since the last week in the same area looking scared and having some trouble with other cats in that area and wondering if he or she belongs to anyone?
