Circumstances: On the afternoon of Thursday April 19th Oscar jumped from our 2nd floor balcony into the gardens of Colvestone Crescent which back onto our house. We had been fostering him since he was found on November 14th, 2017 injured in the Victoria Park area after being hit by a car.
Other info: Mostly black, white nose/mouth area, white bib, white paws, with a black nose.
