Circumstances:	Cat was wondering around bin bay areas. He had a limp in his walk and came up to me covered in mud. He must have been wondering around for days. I brought him inside and gave him some food, he was very hungry and thirsty.
Other info:	He seemed older maybe 7 or 8, possibly a bit deaf. He had a limp in his right leg when I found him.
