Circumstances:	He was an indoor cat living on the second floor. Someone may have opened the door and let him out, not knowing he was an indoor cat. He has never been out and him wondering down the stairs was very unusual.
Other info:	He is long for cat, also with quite a long tail. He is friendly but timid.
